If you access your account through Prime.bank, you will now go to Prime.tinkerfcu.org to access your account.

Does this affect my mobile app experience?

This change does not affect mobile app users.

Do I have to change my log in credentials?

Your log in credentials do not change. The only thing changing is the web address of Prime.bank to Prime.TinkerFCU.org.

Does this site look different?

The only change is the web address.

Can I still get to the site by typing Prime.bank?

For a short period of time, the site will be accessible by typing Prime.bank. If you saved the Prime.bank web address in your browser’s favorites or bookmarks, we recommend updating it to Prime.TinkerFCU.org as soon as possible.


FAQs regarding in-person account services

Can I visit any TFCU branch for TFCU Prime Business Solutions account services?

Not yet. A comprehensive conversion to combine systems will happen at a later date. Until further notice, please continue to use your current branch. However, you can use your TFCU Prime Business Solutions debit card for no-fee cash withdrawals at TFCU-branded ATMs, available at all TFCU branches.

Can I start using TFCU services now?

Absolutely. You can open a consumer account or apply for a consumer loan online at TinkerFCU.org, or by visiting any of TFCU’s full service locations. TFCU’s Edmond West branch is located at 1401 N. Kelly Ave.
